Joachim Nusch
I am Joachim Nusch, Shri Jyoti, (Ganusch) 69 years old, Jyotish-Shastri. Since my childhood, I have dedicated my life to combining ancient Vedic wisdom with modern scientific knowledge. As a meditation teacher, management trainer and consultant for executives, I have developed methods that combine deep spirituality and effective leadership strategies. In particular, the ‘Vital Self Meditation’ method, which I developed over many years of studying Vedanta, Yoga and Ayurveda, brings inner peace and self-reflection to today’s hectic world.
In my books and lectures, I combine topics such as neurobiology, psychology and quantum physics with spiritual principles to help people reduce stress, recognize their inner selves and fully realize their potential both professionally and personally. My work has already inspired many leaders to run their businesses with mindfulness and ethical values.
In one of my heart’s projects, the Conch Campaign, I highlighted the healing powers of sound and launched a worldwide movement for peace and harmony that reached its symbolic climax in Varanasi, India, in 2023.

A Physics graduate with a Diploma in Business Management, I have leveraged a deep understanding of domestic and international business regulations to establish and scale multiple ventures. My career trajectory reflects a hands-on approach and a consistent record of operational excellence. Currently, I am applying this extensive corporate expertise as a co-founder of two companies and an active angel investor.

My roots in agriculture run deep, with farming practices passed down through generations of my family. For more than 30 years, I have actively managed and nurtured my ancestral farmhouse, even while pursuing a successful corporate career. This lifelong connection has provided a unique perspective, blending traditional knowledge with modern business acumen.

The core of the current mission is to bridge ancient wisdom with contemporary science. This section details the focus on integrating Vedic principles with modern farming, a holistic approach aimed at enhancing productivity, sustainability, and the conservation of vital medicinal plants.
My passion lies in bridging the gap between ancient wisdom and contemporary innovation. I am dedicated to revitalizing agriculture through the integration of Vedic principles with modern farming techniques.
While farming for staple foods is gaining momentum, the cultivation of medicinal plants remains unpopular, leading to the gradual extinction of many healing plants. My objective is to integrate these holistic farming practices to address this critical issue and preserve our natural pharmacopoeia.
The Entrepreneurial Journey
This final section outlines the transition from corporate life to full-time entrepreneurship. It encapsulates the motivation and the ultimate goal: to channel decades of diverse experience into a lifelong mission with a lasting cultural and environmental impact.
- 1992: The Beginning – Embarked on a corporate career, starting as a trainee and gaining experience with both Indian and multinational companies.
- 1992 – 2012: Corporate Ascent & Agricultural Stewardship – Progressed through roles from Officer to senior management while simultaneously managing the ancestral farmhouse, blending two worlds.

My journey is driven by a commitment to leveraging my corporate background and deep-rooted knowledge of farming to innovate and drive sustainable practices.
